Account / Admin Assistant
RM 1700.00 – RM 1900.00
Requirement :
– Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
– Intermediate skill in Excel and Word
– Good command of spoken and written Mandarin & Malay.
– Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Job Description :
– To coordinate with other departments to expedite work process.
– To prepare monthly stock reports for management review.
– Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries
– Performing day to day accounting operations
– Undertake any other additional ad-hoc assignments when required.

Account Executive
RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
Requirement :
– Minimum 3 years relevant experience
– Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Account or equivalent
– Intermediate skill in Excel and Word
– Independent and Self Motivated
– Good command of spoken and written Mandarin & English
– Problem solving skill
– Able to handle full set of accounts will be an added advantage
– With HR knowledge will be an added advantage
Job Description :
– To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB)
– To coordinate with other departments to expedite work process.
– To prepare monthly reports for management review.
– Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries
– Performing day to day accounting operations
– Undertake any other additional ad-hoc assignments when required.
